Founding 50 Early Access: $19 one time · 90 days of Early Access · No subscription · No percentage of your sales.

Founding 50 Early Access is not on sale yet. Nobody is charged unless they choose to buy it at checkout.

Your Early Access starts when your payment is confirmed and lasts 90 days. It covers every collection in the browser that bought it. It is a single payment: we do not automatically charge you again.

Limited to the first 50 paying customers. Founding member pricing is limited to the first 50 customers. Future pricing may be different.

Your selling plan, price evidence and “don’t donate this yet” warnings stay free. The checkout screen shows what Early Access includes before you pay.

Each saved plan stays available for 90 days from creation. Save its plan link (view only) to reopen it on another device.

Listings are drafts for you to verify, edit, and post. Marketplace accounts, selling fees, payment collection from buyers, and shipping are your responsibility.

If Early Access wasn’t useful to you, ask within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full. A full refund ends Early Access right away. Your plan and warnings stay free, and a refunded purchase still counts toward the first 50. A partial refund does not end Early Access.

Found It Next provides informational guidance to help you decide what to do with items you photograph: identification suggestions, market-based price ranges when the evidence supports them, and selling recommendations.

It is not a formal appraisal, valuation service, or professional advice. Nothing in the app is a guarantee of what an item is, what condition it is in, what it is worth, or what it will sell for.

For items that may be unusually valuable, we tell you to seek a professional opinion — and these terms repeat it: you are responsible for verifying important items before selling, insuring, or disposing of them.

Identification, condition assessment, price ranges, confidence labels, and recommendations are estimates produced from photos and market data. They can be wrong.

We do not guarantee identification accuracy, condition accuracy, any value or range, the availability of buyers, or any sale outcome. Decisions you make based on the app are yours.

You confirm that you own or are authorized to photograph and evaluate the items you submit, and that your use of the service is lawful.

Do not upload photos containing other people, personal documents, or anything you lack rights to. Do not upload unlawful content of any kind.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you choose to list and sell on any marketplace, including its description and condition.

Do not attempt to probe, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service; do not attempt to bypass invite, licensing, or rate limits; do not use the service to build a competing dataset.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or harms the service or other users.

The service — including its software, design, recommendation systems, and content (except your photos) — belongs to Dimitri Samaras (business entity in formation). You keep all rights to your photos.

You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to provide the service to you, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

The service relies on third-party providers (described in the Privacy Policy) for photo analysis, data storage, and market pricing data. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control.

Marketplace names appear in recommendations (e.g., where to sell); we are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, those marketplaces unless stated.

Short interruptions can occur. If a technical problem prevents you from using Early Access or its included allowance, contact support so we can restore access or resolve the purchase under our refund policy.

If we end the service before your Early Access period finishes, we will provide a way to save your plans and drafts or refund the purchase. Download or copy your plan and drafts if you want to keep them beyond the access period.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dimitri Samaras (business entity in formation) is not responsible for indirect losses or missed selling opportunities arising from your use of informational estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit, or reduces our stated refund promise.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; where that applies, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You may stop using the service at any time; you can also request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict misuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass usage limits. A full refund ends Early Access and its unused allowance; a partial refund does not. A refund does not remove your data rights.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The effective date below will change when we do, and material changes will be noted in the app.

Contact support first so we can help resolve the problem. These terms do not require arbitration or waive consumer protections that apply where you live.
