Refunds

Covered plainly in the Refund Policy. Write from the address you used at checkout and include your approximate purchase date.

Data deletion

Ask any time and we delete your collections, plans, listing drafts, saved eBay connection and usage events; payment records are kept for accounting and refunds — details in the Privacy Policy.

Your support code

Including it helps us find your records — we have no accounts, by design.
