Refund Policy

Founding 50 Early Access is $19 one time and gives you 90 days of Early Access. No subscription, no recurring charge, and no percentage of your sales.

Limited to the first 50 paying customers. Founding member pricing is limited to the first 50 customers. Future pricing may be different.

Founding 50 Early Access is not on sale yet. Nobody is charged unless they choose to buy it at checkout.

It is a digital service: Early Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. You review and post your listings yourself; marketplace fees and shipping are separate.

Your selling plan, price evidence and “don’t donate this yet” warnings stay free.

If Early Access wasn’t useful to you, ask within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full. We may ask what went wrong — because we want to know — but we won’t argue with you.

Refunds are requested by email and processed by hand. We aim to reply within two business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.

A full refund ends Early Access right away. Your plan and warnings stay free, and a refunded purchase still counts toward the first 50.

A partial refund does not end Early Access.

A refund never affects your data rights: you can request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Estimates are not a promise of a buyer, a selling price, or profit. Condition, completeness, demand, fees, and shipping affect the outcome. That does not reduce our refund promise: if Early Access was not useful to you, request a refund within the window above.

Email support through the contact page from the address you used at checkout, with your purchase date or your Stripe receipt number if you have it, and the support code shown on the Contact page. Never send your card number, your private plan link or your backup access link.
