What you buy
A one-time $29 USD purchase that unlocks the complete plan for one analyzed collection: what to sell individually, what to bundle, what to keep, donate, or research further, plus listing help where enabled.
This is a digital product. Access is delivered online, on the device you used, immediately after successful payment — there is nothing shipped.
Our refund promise
If the plan wasn’t useful, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full. We may ask what went wrong — because we want to know — but we won’t argue with you.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
What happens after a refund
Access to the paid plan closes when the refund is issued, as you’d expect. Your free analysis results are unaffected.
A refund never affects your data rights: you can request deletion of everything at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
What refunds don’t cover
We can’t refund based on sale outcomes. Our guidance is informational — real-world prices depend on condition, completeness, demand, and how items are sold, and selling decisions remain yours.
How to request one
Reach us through the contact page with the approximate purchase date. Include the session ID shown on the Privacy page if you have it — it helps us find the purchase without needing an account.
